The TDK Lambda GEN60-55 power supply delivers a rated output power of 3300 W with a DC output voltage adjustable from 0 to 60 VDC. The power supply supports an output current range spanning 0 to 55 A for precise and stable load management. The noise performance of the model is engineered to satisfy stringent precision measurement and control requirements. The voltage ripple noise is specified at just 0.008 Vrms across a frequency range spanning 5 Hz to 1 MHz. The current ripple noise is rated at 0.1 A rms measured within the same 5 Hz to 1 MHz bandwidth.
The GEN60-55 is equipped with built-in RS-232 and RS-485 serial communication interfaces as standard. It supports global command sets for remote operation and seamless system integration via these serial interfaces. The high-resolution 16-bit ADCs and DACs provide accurate voltage and current programming across the full output range. The reliable front panel encoders enable manual adjustment of both output voltage and current with consistent precision.
The GEN60-55 DC power supply operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C under 100% full load conditions. The storage temperatures are supported between -20 °C and 85 °C, ensuring long-term component integrity in non-operating conditions. The operating humidity is rated from 20% to 90% RH non-condensing for reliable performance in varied environments. The unit is RoHS compliant, confirming adherence to regulations on hazardous substance use in electronic equipment. The vibration compliance is verified to MIL-810F method 514.5 with the unit secured to the vibrating surface. The shock resistance is specified at less than 20 G half sine at 11 milliseconds for the unpacked unit.
The GEN60-55 Programmable DC Power Supply chassis measures 423 mm wide by 88 mm high and 442.5 mm deep, excluding handles and connectors. It weighs 13 kg and uses forced front-to-rear airflow cooling through a chassis-integrated variable-speed fan. No ventilation openings are present on either the top or bottom surfaces of the chassis. The output connections use bus bars with a 10.5 mm hole diameter for this 8 V to 100 V voltage class.
