The TDK Lambda LS100-12 is a single output AC-DC power supply engineered for industrial automation and control applications. It delivers a regulated 12 V DC output with a maximum continuous current rating of 8.5 A. The adjustable output voltage range for the model spans from 10.8 V to 13.2 V for system-level integration flexibility.
The LS100-12 power supply accepts a universal AC input voltage range from 88 Vac to 264 Vac without manual range selection. It operates across an input frequency range of 47 Hz to 63 Hz for broad international grid compatibility. The input current for the model is rated at 2.2 A at 115 Vac and 1.2 A at 230 Vac under full steady-state operation. The cold start inrush current for the model reaches 60 A at 230 Vac, and leakage current remains below 1 mA at 230 Vac, 60 Hz.
The LS100-12 single-output general-purpose power supply achieves a typical conversion efficiency of 81% under normal operating conditions. The hold-up time for the model is specified at 25 ms at 115 Vac input and extends to 150 ms at 230 Vac input. The line regulation is held within 60 mV, and load regulation is maintained within 60 mV across the full operating range. The output ripple and noise are specified at a maximum of 120 mV peak-to-peak under full rated load conditions.
The overcurrent protection in this LS100-12 power supply activates at greater than 110% of rated output current with automatic recovery after fault clearance. The model requires no minimum load condition to maintain stable output voltage regulation at any time. The output temperature coefficient is less than 0.02%/°C. A green LED indicator on the unit provides visual confirmation that the DC output is operating correctly.
The LS100-12 Power Supply operates across a temperature range of -25°C to 70°C using convection cooling. The output power must be derated linearly to 50% load for operation between +50°C and +70°C. The unit supports storage from -40 °C to 85 °C and operates in humidity between 20 % and 90 % RH.
