TDK Lambda LS150-15 Single Output General Purpose Power Supply
The TDK Lambda LS150-15 is a single output general purpose power supply designed for industrial automation use. It provides a fixed rated output of 15 Vdc with a maximum continuous current capacity of 10 A. The model delivers a total maximum output power of 150 W to support demanding industrial loads. The adjustment of the output voltage is possible within a range of 13.5 to 16.5 Vdc using onboard controls. The unit measures 98 mm in width by 38 mm in height and 199 mm in depth as nominal dimensions. It carries a nominal weight of 700 g making it suitable for compact industrial panel installations.
The LS150-15 power supply accepts a single phase AC input spanning from 88 to 264 Vac covering global voltage standards. The DC input is accepted within a range of 248 to 273 Vdc for applications operating on DC bus systems. A typical power conversion efficiency of 84 % is maintained under standard operating conditions at rated load. This efficiency level reduces internal heat buildup and supports sustained reliable performance inside enclosed control panels. A green LED indicator on the power supply provides clear visual confirmation of a healthy DC output status. The parallel operation between units is not supported and should not be attempted in any configuration.
The Single Output General Purpose Power Supply is thermally rated for continuous operation across the full range from – 25 °C to + 70 °C. The output power is derated linearly from + 50 °C to 50 % of rated capacity at the + 70 °C upper limit. The cooling relies entirely on natural convection without any requirement for fan or external forced air systems. The model can be stored across a temperature range extending from – 40 °C to + 85 °C. The overcurrent protection of the LS150-15 activates when output current rises above 110 % of the ratod value. The protection circuit includes an automatic recovery function eliminating the need for manual operator intervention. No minimum load is required to maintain stable output regulation across the full operating range.
