The TDK Lambda RWS150B-24 Single Output General Purpose Power Supply accepts a single phase AC input voltage range from 85 to 265 Vac. It also accepts DC input within a voltage range of 120 to 370 Vdc supporting DC bus powered industrial installations. The power supply delivers a typical conversion efficiency of 89.5 % which minimizes internal heat generation during operation. This efficiency level reduces thermal management requirements in compact industrial enclosures and control panel environments. The model maintains output stability with a temperature coefficient of 0.02%/°C across its operational range. The remote sense capability is absent and output regulation is performed internally at the power supply terminals.
The single output general purpose power supply is engineered for industrial automation and control applications. It delivers a stable 24 Vdc rated output with an adjustable DC voltage range of 21.6 to 27.6 Vdc. The model supports a maximum output current of 6.5 A and a maximum output power of 156 W. This enclosed unit type power supply requires no minimum load for stable output performance. The model has an industry standard enclosed form factor of 41 mm wide, 94 mm high and 128 mm deep. At a typical weight of 480 g, it is a compact and manageable unit for industrial panel installations. The power supply incorporates overcurrent protection activating when output current exceeds 105 % of the rated value. This protection operates using constant current limiting characteristics to safeguard downstream equipment without causing abrupt shutdowns. The overvoltage protection triggers between 115 % and 140 % of the rated output voltage to prevent load damage. Restoring normal operation after an overvoltage event requires cycling the AC input line to reset the protection circuit.
The RWS150B-24 operates across an ambient temperature range of - 20 to + 70 °C for industrial use. The non condensing humidity tolerance spans 30 to 90 % RH in operation and 10 to 90 % RH during storage. The storage temperature for the model is rated from - 30 to + 75 °C for extended periods of non operational storage.
