Tektronix AFG3022C Arbitrary Function Generator
The AFG3022C is an arbitrary function generator from Tektronix with two channels. The AFG3022C offers various patterns of waveforms at the output, including: sine, square, pulse, ramp, triangle, sin(x)/x, exponential rise, and decay. This model also offers Gaussian, Lorentz, Haversine, DC, and noise waveforms. The sine wave offered by AFG3022C has an exceptional frequency range. It is one micro-hertz to 25 megahertz. It can also produce a sine wave in burst mode. This model’s low value of total harmonic distortion is less than 0.2 % for the frequency range of 10 hertz to 20 kilohertz.
The AFG3022C arbitrary function generator offers an exceptional value of rise or fall time for patterns of square waveforms. It has the value of less than or equal to 9 Nano-seconds. The typical RMS value of jitter for the square wave is around 500 Pico-seconds. The arbitrary function generator offers a frequency resolution of one micro-hertz or 12 digits, as well as a stability for reference of internal frequency value of ± 1 ppm.
The Tektronix AFG3022C arbitrary function generator offers a wide range of phase angles, which ranges from -180 to 180 degrees.
