At the output, the switching unit delivers 24 VDC at 2.5 A. The continuous output capability of 60 W supports distributed input or logic power rails in compact panels. Tight regulation across the specified operating window helps maintain stable voltage at the terminals under load transients.The integrated protection functions safeguard both the PSE24-160 and connected field loads. The short circuit protection responds rapidly to overload or fault conditions across the output channels. Overload protection limits current to controlled levels during abnormal demand and reduces thermal stress within the supply. Automatic recovery behavior supports fast restart once the fault is cleared and normal load conditions return.
The switching power supply incorporates voltage monitoring for increased diagnostic visibility within the installation.
