Keysight/Agilent N2265A Multifunction Module
The Keysight/Agilent N2265A is a multifunction module that combines a 4 x 4 matrix and 16 digital input/output (I/O) bits into one compact solution. It is designed to enhance space efficiency and reduce system costs. The N2265A module features a 4 x 4 matrix that consists of 16 crosspoints. Each crosspoint in the matrix switches two wires. One for the high and one for the low test points. This matrix configuration is a convenient way to connect multiple test instruments to various test points on devices under test (DUTs). The model offers high-capacity AC isolation with capacitance values less than 7 pF for open channels. The N2265A offers a maximum scan rate of 80 channels per second. This fast scan rate ensures that the module can handle large volumes of test data in real time.
The module also has 16 bidirectional data lines that can be used to transmit TTL-compatible input/output signals. The lines may be set to an open collector output or to a TTL-compatible input. Each of the 16 I/O bits can be individually addressed or grouped into 8-bit ports depending on the test requirements. The Keysight N2265A Multifunction Module features a Zener diode on each channel for protection against voltage spikes and electrostatic discharge (ESD).
The N2265A is designed for demanding industrial testing environments with a maximum voltage rating of 200 V and current handling capabilities of up to 1 A per channel. The module can deliver a maximum power of 60 W per channel or 240 W per module. It is well suited for high-power applications where precise control over test points is required. The Keysight N2265A multifunction module offers excellent isolation properties to ensure minimal signal interference and noise during operation. The DC isolation between channels is greater than 10¹² Ω at temperatures below 40°C. The armature latching relays in the Keysight N2265 A multifunction module provides a long service life that is rated for up to 10^8 mechanical operations. The service life ensures consistent and reliable switching throughout the product’s lifecycle.
