The module provides 150 MHz bandwidth for input with 36 MHz alias filtering for stable acquisition performance. The Keysight E1439A operates using 50 ohm interfaces and supports signals between -36 dBm and +12 dBm during processes. It uses 12-bit raw ADC resolution for maintaining amplitude representation analysis. The digitizer aids in supporting VME communication alongside local bus connectivity for compatible configuration requirements. Its register-based VXI device implementation simplifies hardware integration across testing platforms.
The E1439A Digitizer features built-in anti-aliasing filtering and unique signal conditioning for captured waveform integrity. The Windows installation package included with the product includes deployment utilities that enable you to get up and running quickly once the hardware is installed.
