The Anritsu MS2711 Handheld Spectrum Analyzer is a portable device designed for field environments and applications. It provides spectrum analysis solutions in cellular, messaging, WLAN, DCS/PCS, and a wide range of other communications system applications. It is a high-performance device that makes it easy to measure parameters and interpret the results. The Anritsu MS2711 uses an advanced synthesizer-based design to provide precise, dependable, and repeatable measurements. It has a wide range of functions that makes it easy to detect interfering signals in modern wireless systems. Various options are available to further enhance the performance of the Anritsu MS2711. This includes an internal RF Power Monitor and internal tracking generator.
The Anritsu MS2711 standard features include: data storage and memory that has space for up to 200 measurement traces and 10 setups, lasting battery that guarantees about 3 hours of continuous operation (and a power saving application that extends battery life beyond 8 hours), trace management that automatically stamps date and time, PC reporting software that is compatible with classic versions of WindowsTM Operating Systems, and a high resolution 640 x 480 VGA display.
The Anritsu MS2711 covers the frequency range of 0.1 GHz to 3 GHz. It is a lightweight device of less than 2kg. Its mobility and durability make it usable under extreme weather conditions. Its standard applications include Transmitter Spectrum Analysis, Receive Signal Analysis, Modulation identification and depth, Signal Strength Mapping, and Stimulus-response measurements.
The Anritsu MS2711 has a measurement range of -90 dBm to +20 dBm and a sweep time of 0.5 sec. With this high performance, mobile system testing device, spectrum analysis results cannot be more reliable.
