The Keysight P5006A is a Streamline USB Vector Network Analyzer with a maximum frequency of 32 GHz. It is part of Keysight's P50xxA Streamline Series engineered for precision RF and microwave measurements. It supports accurate testing of passive components, amplifiers, mixers, and frequency converters in diverse applications. Its USB-based architecture allows direct connection to a host computer without additional interface hardware. The model features two built-in test ports with a system input impedance of 50 Ω. The high point counts enable it to effectively resolve closely spaced spectral features in complex frequency responses. The VNA includes integrated TDR capability supporting both step and impulse stimulus types for time domain testing. The TDR step amplitude is fully adjustable from 1 mV to 5 V across the measurement range. The minimum TDR step rise time is specified at 14 ps measured from the 10% to 90% level.
The P5006A USB Vector Network Analyzer is built to function across a range of environmental conditions. The operating ambient temperature for the model is rated from 0 to 50°C for standard deployment conditions. The instrument's internal operating temperature is specified between 10 and 70°C during normal use. The non-operating storage is supported across a temperature range of -40 to 70°C for safe transport. The model is type tested for operating humidity across a range of 20 to 80% non-condensing.
