Fluke Meter 1520 MegOhmMeter
The Fluke 1520 is a hand-held instrument designed principally to perform estimations of resistance and the insulation resistance. This meter will automatically disconnect after 15 minutes without being utilized. In the low resistance mode, the meter will turn off after 5 minutes without being utilized. To turn it on, turn the revolving turn to the OFF position and after that to the desired function. The meter will beep once the reading stabilizes. In the upper right corner of the screen, a similar resistance reading as on the screen will show up.
At the point when the resistance is higher than the maximum range of the screen, the meter Reacts as follows:
• If the 250 V extend is chosen, the display will indicate >1000 Mω.
• If the 500 V extend is chosen, the display will indicate >2000 Mω.
• If the scope of 1000 V is chosen, the display will indicate >4000 Mω.
The circuit will now be downloaded through the meter and the fundamental screen will show the pressure fall. Keep the tests associated with the test focuses until the point when the circuit is left totally downloaded (the main screen will then indicate - - - -). In the upper right corner of the screen, the resistance reading will be kept up until the point when another test is begun, or another capacity is chosen.
