Aeroflex 3030A PXI Wideband RF Digitizer

The Aeroflex 3030A is a PXI wideband RF digitizer that provides high accuracy RF signal digitization. The unit offers a 330 MHz–3 GHz frequency range, maintaining stability across demanding conditions due to its controlled architecture. The module ensures consistent identification within integrated automation racks.The 3030A RF digitizer supports a 33 MHz corrected bandwidth that upholds level reliability. The device offers 14 bit A/D resolution which improves low level measurement detail. It works at a 103.68 MHz sample rate that captures transient RF activity effectively and remains aligned with established PXI measurement frameworks.

The PXI-3030A digitizer gives a 75 dB spurious free dynamic range that supports clean RF evaluation. Its 75 dB intermodulation range helps maintain linearity under two tone excitation. The unit achieves noise spectral density values below -145 dBm per hertz below one gigahertz. The performance above one gigahertz remains stable within noise floor values.

The 3030A provides 128 million samples of digital IF memory which supports extended capture windows. Real time digital output is available through the LVDS interface which ensures controlled throughput. Residual responses remain below -100 dBm when the RF input is terminated into 50 Ohms. The 3030A digitizer module has a RF input return loss that is found to be 16 dB when RF attenuation is 8 dB or higher which supports stable matching.
