National Instruments part number 777687-71 is an identifying part number for the SCXI-1371 Rack-Mount Kit. This kit is designed to mount an SCXI-1000, SCXI-1000DC, or SCXI-2000 chassis into a standard 19-inch rack. This kit includes multiposition rack-mount brackets that allow the chassis to be installed in one of six positions to achieve the desired front panel depth.
To install the 777687-71, simply use the included hardware to mount the rack-mount brackets to either side of the SCXI chassis. Once mounted, the SCXI chassis can be secured in the rack using the provided 10-32 screws. This Rack-Mount Kit comes equipped with four 8-32 Phillips flathead screws, four 10-32 Phillips panhead screws, a rack-mount bracket for the 4-slot chassis, a brace for added support, four 6-32 hex nuts, and four no. 6 lockwashers. It is built to ensure secure and flexible rack-mounting for your SCXI system.
