National Instruments SCXI-1371 Rack Mount Kit

National Instruments' SCXI-1371 (Part Number: 776577-71) Rack-mount Kit is made expressly to install a SCXI-1000, SCXI-1000DC, or SCXI-2000 chassis safely into a conventional 19-inch rack. With the multi-position rack-mount brackets in this kit, you can attach the SCXI chassis in six different places, giving you exact control over the front panel depth to suit your configuration needs.

This rack-mount kit is very useful for configuring for future expansions or integrating SCXI chassis into larger systems. Installation flexibility is ensured by the rack-mount bracket included with the SCXI-1371, which may be positioned on either side of the SCXI chassis. The longer side panel of the bracket is intended for installation with the 4-slot SCXI-1371 chassis, a small, durable frame that can accommodate any SCXI module. The integrity of sensitive measurements must be preserved, and this configuration provides a low-noise signal conditioning environment.

The SCXI-1371 Rack-Mount Kit includes a rack-mount bracket, four 8-32 by 5/16-inch Phillips flathead screws, four 10-32 by 1/2-inch Phillips panhead screws, a brace for the 4-slot SCXI-1371 chassis, four 6-32 hex nuts, four letter 6 lock washers, and two 6-32 by 1/4-inch Phillips panhead screws. There's also an installation guide included to help ensure proper setup and that all the parts are securely fastened for reliable performance.

This rack-mount kit is meant to be used in conjunction with the National Instruments SCXI-1000 chassis, a sturdy, small, 4-slot chassis renowned for its dependability and low noise output in signal conditioning applications. The SCXI-1000DC model runs from any 9.5 to 16 VDC source, such as the optional SCXI-1382 battery pack or the SCXI-1383 power supply, whereas the SCXI-1000 chassis and SCXI-1001 are supplied by ordinary AC power.
