NI CP500X Oscilloscope Probe

Designed for up to 500 MHz measurements, the CP500X (Part Number: 784253-01) is a Passive, Single-Ended Oscilloscope Probe from National Instruments. This flexible Oscilloscope Probe is widely used where accurate measurements from vibrating equipment are needed. Thus, you can consider this Oscilloscope Probe for the acquisition of measured data from various sensors monitoring the parameters of heavy equipment such as, engines, compressors, pumps, etc. This Oscilloscope Probe can measure voltages within the range of ± 60 V.

When connected to an oscilloscope operating at an input impedance of 1 MΩ, the CP500X offers an attenuation ratio of 10:1. The input resistance of this passive Oscilloscope Probe is 10 MΩ and measures around 1.2 meters in length. The CP500X comes with BNC connectors and is a coaxial cable.
