National Instruments 781963-01 C Series LIN Interface Module

Part Number 781963-01 is the identifying part number for the National Instruments NI-9866 C Series LIN Interface Module. The module consists of a 9-pin male D-sub connector that provides a connection to a LIN bus. The port has two COM pins that serve as the ground reference for the LIN signal. Likewise, the port also has a SHLD pin, that allows you to connect to a shielded LIN cable. This is particularly useful when you want better signal integrity and EMC performance while working in a noisy environment.

The 781963-01 requires an external supply voltage of +8V to +18V, which is provided through the Vsup pin from the LIN bus.
