National Instruments sbRIO-9235 C Series Strain/Bridge Input Module
The sbRIO-9235 is a Strain/Bridge Input Module. National Instruments is the developer of the NI sbRIO-9235. National Instruments designated 781579-01 as the part number of the module. The sbRIO-9235 is a part of the C Series by NI. The NI sbRIO-9235 can be accessed with LabVIEW Professional Development System, a software tool that is used for large multiple signal processing and measurement tasks on Windows operating systems. The sbRIO-9235 can also be used with the NI LabVIEW FPGA tool for the FPGA-based control applications. The NI sbRIO-9235 is operated with NI LabVIEW Real-Time suite for PID control and signal processing applications.
The sbRIO-9235 module is built with 8 channels. Each channel is available with an analog-to-digital (ADC) converter of 24-bit resolution and operates with 10 kS/s per channel as the sampling rate. Since this module is a part of the C Series, the NI sbRIO-9235 can be used in advanced control and DAQ applications for high-accuracy measurements. The sbRIO-9235 is compatible with CompactRIO devices. The NI sbRIO-9235 is fabricated with a 120 Ω quarter-bridge that is used for measuring dynamic strain and synchronization.
The National Instruments sbRIO-9235 C Series Strain/Bridge Input Module is equipped with voltage excitation for quarter-bridge sensors. The signal voltage range of the NI sbRIO-9235 module is designed with 60 VDC for isolation. The sbRIO-9235 performs transient isolation with 1000 Vrms. The sbRIO-9235 C Series Strain/Bridge Input Module is manufactured with a time-base of 12.8 MHz frequency. The operating temperature -40 °C to 70 °C is required for the sbRIO-9235 module.
