National Instruments sbRIO-9605 CompactRIO Single-Board Controller 

The sbRIO-9605 is a CompactRIO Single-Board Controller. The sbRIO-9605 is a product of National Instruments. The NI sbRIO-9605 comes from the family of CompactRIO devices. The sbRIO-9605 functions with NI-RIO 4.0 or later driver software. The sbRIO-9605 can additionally be used with LabVIEW 2011 or later, LabVIEW Real-Time Module 2011 or later, and LabVIEW FPGA Module 2011 or later. The National Instruments sbRIO-9605 requires several types of hardware for operation: an Ethernet cable, a power plug assembly, and a 9-30 VDC power supply.

The NI sbRIO-9605 is equipped with 128 MB DRAM and 256 MB Storage capacity. The sbRIO-9605 is utilized with RS-232 port. The National Instruments sbRIO-9605 is built with a Spartan-6 LX25 FPGA. This CompactRIO Single-Board Controller is manufactured with a CPU of 400 MHz. The sbRIO-9605 contains 96 3.3 V digital I/O lines. The NI sbRIO-9605 is equipped with one serial port and one Ethernet port.

The NI sbRIO-9605 has an RS-232 serial port for connecting display or input devices. There is also an IDC header which offers connections to the CAN bus. In addition, the sbRIO-9605 supports USB mass-storage devices like USB-to-IDE adapters and USB Flash drives equipped with FAT16 and FAT32 file systems. There is a RIO Mezzanine Card (RMC) connector as well. The RMC connector is a high-speed, high-bandwidth connector that delivers access to the digital I/O lines and processor. This CompactRIO Single-Board Controller is made to be effortlessly embedded in applications for high-volume OEM that require high performance, versatility, and stability.

sbRIO-9605 Obsolete Status has been announced by National Instruments, but the controller will still be available for purchase and repairs by Apex Waves.
