National Instruments E-Series Calibration Adapter
The National Instruments E-Series Calibration Adapter (Part Number: 184639-01) is the excellent tool that uses precise calibration of the DAQ E Series devices, designed to optimize the process of calibrating, by linking high-precision calibration devices with the 68- pin E Series DAQ in a reliable manner. All functions of the device are efficiently calibrated from the signal transmission due to its robust design and, therefore, accurate analog inputs, analog outputs, and counters.
The E-Series Calibration Adapter has enhanced shielding and signal integrity for high accuracy calibration. It reduces the need for the multiple disconnection and reconnection of cables in multi-step procedures, reduces signal degradation, and eliminates connection errors. It interfaces directly with National Instruments' Calibration Executive software for automated workflows when used with IVI-supported calibration instruments.
The E-Series Calibration Adapter supports all sorts of calibration settings using shielded DAQ cables, such as NI Sh68-68-EP, with low thermal copper EMF plug-in cables for high-accuracy measurements. Extra connections from SCB-68 and BNC-2110 terminal blocks are added to make further extensions and flexibility in a test with varying configurations. The calibration adapter for multifaceted application is used for several purposes which involve laboratory, industrial, as well as research-based applications.
Therefore, under controlled environmental conditions according to National Instruments, it is assumed that in order to get the best results, an E-Series Calibration Adapter will be used. With equipment including a Fluke calibrator and NI 4070 DMMs, calibration of devices is done with high accuracy by E-Series Calibration Adapter.
