National Instruments PXI-1407 IMAQ Device

The PXI-1407 is a highly precise, monochrome IMAQ Device for PCI, PXI, or CompactPCI chassis that help RS-170 and CCIR video guidelines. The NI PXI-1407 acquires frames progressively and exchanges them straightforwardly to framework memory. The PXI-1407 helps dynamic scan formats 25, 30, 50, and 60 frames for every second and highlight gain alignment, high-impedance mode, and an 8-bit flash analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that converts video signals into digital form.

Since the PXI-1407 device is easy to arrange, the user can undoubtedly install the gadget and start your image acquisition. The NI PXI-1407 can be used with NI-IMAQ, the National Instruments complete image acquisition driver software used to straightforwardly control the IMAQ device. Utilizing NI-IMAQ, the user can rapidly and effortlessly begin an application without programing the gadget at the register level. The device can be programmed with application development interfaces like LabVIEW or LabWindows/CVI.

Highlighting low cost and high accuracy, the PXI-1407 is perfect for both industrial and logical scientific environments. As a stand-alone gadget, the NI PXI-1407 supports one video source and an outside I/O line that the user can utilize as a trigger or digital I/O line. If the user requires further developed activating or extra I/O lines (either advanced or simple), they can utilize the PXI-1407 and NI-IMAQ with the National Instruments data acquisition (DAQ) product lines.

For the most extreme adaptability and execution, NI-IMAQ has both high-level and low-level capacities. The capacities to secure images in single-shot or continuous mode are cases of high-level capacities. Arranging an imaging sequence is a case of a low-level capacity, since it requires propelled comprehension of the IMAQ Device and image acquisition.

The PXI-1407 weighs 0.32 lb, and measures 6.3 x 3.9 in. in physical dimensions. It has a recommended operating temperature range of 0 to 55 °C, a storage temperature range of –20 to 70 °C, a non-condensing relative humidity range of 10 to 90%, operational and non-operational random vibrations of 0.31 grms and 2.5 grms respectively–both at a frequency range of 5 to 500 Hz. The NI device is designed to comply with the following safety standards: EN 61010-1:1993/A2:1995, IEC 61010-1:1990/A2:1995, UL 3101-1:1993, UL 3111-1:1994, UL 3121:1998, and CAN/CSA C22.2 no. 1010.1:1992/A2:1997.
