The board utilizes Universal PCI keying to support both 3.3 V and 5 V PCI bus architectures, incorporating true Plug and Play capability that automatically configures system base addresses and interrupt requests (IRQ) without requiring manual DIP switch or jumper configurations. Power is drawn directly from the host system's +5 V supply rail, operating at a typical current consumption of 300 mA (450 mA maximum).
