The DVI24F-USB24M Cable (Part Number: 143558-0R5) is also known as the USB to DVI Adapter. The NI DVI24F-USB24M Cable is a 0.5 meter Display Cable, which can be used as an accessory for the cRIO-904x Series CompactRIO Controllers by National Instruments. This Display Cable has a 24-Pin, Female DVI Back End Connection and a 24-Pin, Male USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type C Jackscrew Front End Connection. The USB 3.1 port provided on the cRIO-904x Controllers comes with dual functionality, since it can be operated as a USB 3.1 device/host port, as well as a DisplayPort 1.2 source.
A display device that supports DisplayPort alternate mode and has a Type C 3.1 display port can directly be connected to the USB 3.1 port of the controller. The NI DVI24F-USB24M Cable is an adapter cable that enables a DVI port monitor to receive a video signal from a cRIO-904x Controller through the dual-purpose USB 3.1 port.
