The CMT PXIe-S5090 (Part Number: 787251-01) is a 2-port PXI Vector Network Analyzer. This 9 GHz VNA is designed to provide phase, amplitude, and impedance measurements, as well as calculating the S-parameters of 2-port RF devices and time-domain analysis. The NI CMT PXIe-S5090 comes with a frequency range of 300 kHz to 9 GHz, fast sweep speeds, and a wide dynamic range. This PXI Vector Network Analyzer can receive 10 MHz external reference input through a male type 50-ohm SMB connector. You can also draw a 10 MHz frequency reference output from the CMT PXIe-S5090 through a dedicated port called Ref OUT 10 MHz.
