The Keysight/Agilent DSO5054A Digital Oscilloscope is designed for efficient electronics testing and accurate waveform measurement in a small benchtop form factor. This 5000 series model incorporates the newest technology to deliver 500 MHz bandwidth and four independent channels. It provides 4 GSa/s sampling and acquires and plays back even very complicated signals. Built-in triggering functionality and hardware acceleration for a variety of communication protocols such as I2C, I2S, SPI, CAN, LIN, and RS-232/UART make the tool versatile for a wide range of testing needs for both digital and analog applications.
It is furnished with Keysight's MegaZoom III proprietary technology featuring an 8 Mpts acquisition memory, which provides deep data capture without compromising the speed. The instrument has a high waveform update rate of 100,000 times per second to capture fast-changing signals with precision. The XGA display of the device boasts 1024 × 728 pixels of resolution with 256 gradations of intensity. This clearly visualized display allows the waveform details to be closely observed, offering an easy way to troubleshoot complicated electronic circuits.
Designed for comprehensive connectivity, the device includes a USB host and device ports as well as both LAN and GPIB interfaces. It has an XGA display output and full remote control via a web browser, making it easy to integrate into automatic test systems. LXI standard compliance also makes it easy to be used with a wide array of test environments, which makes it easy to establish test configurations and provide ease of access and control of the instrument remotely. Designed to support intense electronics development and debugging, the DSO5054A is a very handy instrument for both technicians and engineers. The oscilloscope features deep memory and high sample rates that allow long-duration signal integrity analysis and timing analysis with high precision. With the capability of decoding many serial communication protocols in real-time, it is a great tool for debugging those complicated digital systems. Designed for versatile debugging of complex digital systems, the device is able to decode many serial communication protocols in real-time. By combining high-speed capture capabilities with an extensive memory, it captures even the faintest of signal aberrations. This oscilloscope is well suited for applications in both laboratory and industrial settings.
