National Instruments PXI-2799 PXIRF Relay Module

The National Instruments PXI-2799 (Part Number: 782359-01) is a single-pole, double-throw relay (SPDT) general-purpose switching module for routing RF or microwave signals in automated test applications. The NI-SWITCH driver software incorporates an intelligent soft front board for full out-of-the-box functionality. This intuitive soft front board enables the user to configure the switch topology and change switch associations with a simple click. In addition, the Debug Driver Session mode can be used to screen and debug the switch amid automated estimation. For instance, the user can screen which signal paths are active, which individual relays are open/closed, and how frequently each relay has been utilized.

While the NI-SWITCH driver gives all the low-level usefulness required to program switch activities, Switch Executive is an application software for intelligent switch management and routing that quickens development and simplifies maintenance of complex switch frameworks. The point-and-click graphical arrangement and automated routing abilities make it simple to plan a switch framework. Utilizing instinctive channel aliases and automatic routing capabilities make it easy to design a switch system. The user can save time and increment test code reuse by integrating their framework with TestStand, LabVIEW, LabWindows™/CVI, and Measurement Studio.

The NI PXI-2799 RF Relay Module has framework modules that can serve as building blocks for making bigger arrangements that are well beyond the measure of a single module.
