Each of the 160 digital lines on the 779362-01 can be configured differently to function as an input, an output, a counter/timer, PWM signal, an encoder input, or a specialized communication protocol. It is perfect for jobs like bit error rate testing, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, sensor simulation, and high-speed waveform synthesis because of its versatility. With a 4 mA output current and TTL compatibility, each digital I/O channel may support bidirectional logic levels of 3.3 and 5 volts. With a range of -0.5 volts to 7 volts, the module's input overvoltage protection ensures reliable operation in a variety of settings.
The LabVIEW FPGA Module and NI LabVIEW can be used to program the 779362-01. With the help of this graphical programming environment, users may design block diagrams that are immediately executed in the hardware, giving them instant control over all I/O signals.
