Part Number 776572-26 is the identifying part number for the National Instruments SCXI-1126 Frequency Input Module. It is typically used in isolating frequency-generating sensors, and other analog and digital periodic signal sources. The module can be operated in either the parallel output mode or the multiplexed output mode. In parallel output mode, all eight channels of the 776572-26 connect in parallel to eight E series DAQ device channels. On the other hand, all eight channels can also be multiplexed into a single DAQ device channel. 

The 776572-26 features 8 isolated input channels, each with ten selectable input frequency ranges from 250 Hz to 128 KHz. Likewise, each channel has four selectable, 4-pole lowpass filters with cutoff frequencies ranging from 1 Hz to 1 KHz.
