National Instruments 781058-01 PXI Multifunction I/O Module

The 781058-01 is a crucial part of National Instruments' PXIe-6368 model series. A wide range of capabilities designed for different industrial automation applications are available in this multifunction I/O module.

High-fidelity data acquisition is guaranteed by the 781058-01's 16 analog input channels, each of which has a maximum sample rate of 2 MS/s and can acquire data with 16-bit resolution. It is appropriate for jobs like IF digitization, transient recording, and telecom manufacturing test applications because of its simultaneous sampling capacity, which enables exact synchronization of measurements across channels.

The module offers four analog output channels, each with 16-bit resolution, in addition to analog inputs, guaranteeing precise control signals for system output requirements. 48 digital I/O lines supplement these outputs, allowing for flexible interface with external sensors and devices.

In addition to providing independent analog and digital timing engines and retriggerable measurement jobs, the onboard NI‑STC3 timing and synchronization technology improves timing. Furthermore, on compatible computers, the module can handle sustained transfers of up to 32 MB/s for high-speed bidirectional data transfer over USB connections thanks to its support for NI Signal Streaming technology.

The redesigned mechanical casing of the module, which has an easy-to-access magnetic top, makes signal wiring more convenient. It is designed to be simple to integrate and deploy. In addition, the enclosure has a security slot and a lockable USB port for safe usage in a variety of industrial settings.
