The SmartBits SMB-600B is an advanced network performance evaluation system. The SmartBits SMB-600B is a product of Spirent Communications. The SmartBits SMB-600B Chassis is a modified version of the SMB-600 Chassis and is embedded with some extended and improved features. A portable rack-mountable compact design, low-weight body, compatibility with every SmartBits SMB-600x and SMB-6000x Performance Analyzer Systems, and customizable multi-user operational features make the SmartBits SMB-600B Chassis a leading performance monitoring and analyzing device beating its competitors in network applications in industries.  

The SmartBits SMB-600B Chassis is a perfect choice for testing of network components/equipment, validation of network devices in evaluation labs, and suitability checks of applications in the sectors of internet service providers (ISPs) and telecommunication companies (Telcos).  The advanced SmartBits SMB-600B Chassis can accommodate 2 Spirent SmartBits modules. The modules compatible with the SmartBits SMB-600B Chassis can drive 16 Ethernet ports of 10/100 Mbps speed, 8 GigE ports, a 10 Gigabit Ethernet port, 4 POS ports, and a maximum of 4 Fiber channel connections. Various combinations of the abovementioned ports are also supported by the SmartBits SMB-600B 10 Gigabit Ethernet. Provided with inherent GPS, CDMA, and NTP features, the Spirent SmartBits SMB-600B 10 Gigabit Ethernet performs functionality and suitability tests as per industry’s benchmarks RFC-2544 and RFC-1242. 

The SmartBits SMB-600B can be chained together to build a large 512-units system for extensive testing of network devices in the industry’s production and quality control departments. The SmartBits SMB-600B 10 Gigabit Ethernet is compatible with Windows and Linux operating systems (OS) and requires a PC with an installed 10/100 Mbps Ethernet Card.
