The U2702A Keysight USB Modular Oscilloscope is a high-grade measurement instrument designed for both portable and modular applications. It provides a bandwidth of 200 MHz with 2 analog channels, which offers accuracy and precision for the different testing requirements. The oscilloscope provides a maximum sample rate of 1 GSa/s by allowing rapid data acquisition. The unit has the advanced triggering capability with the addition of edge, pulse width, and TV triggers. It provides four arithmetic functions, such as Fast Fourier Transforms (FFTs), which are conventional for analyzing frequency-domain properties. The U2702A USB modular oscilloscope provides high-speed USB 2.0 and USBTMC-USB488 compatibility, which can easily be connected to computer systems to control remotely and transfer data. It is compatible with the USBTMC 488.2 class device standard, which further offers additional flexibility in remote operation. To provide power, the oscilloscope has a +12 VDC and a current value of 2 A that helps ensure low energy consumption and high performance. It is also compatible with the installation category III requirements to be used in different environments. The USB modular oscilloscope is designed to work well in temperatures ranging from 0°C to +50°C and can handle humidity levels between 20% and 85% RH (non-condensing). Each channel on the unit provides a vertical resolution of 8 bits, ensuring clear and accurate readings.
The peak detection function improves its ability to capture short or fleeting signal events by making it useful for analyzing high-frequency waveforms. To enhance signal clarity, the oscilloscope includes averaging and filtering functions by helping to reduce noise in the measurements. It allows options for adjusting the average from 1 to 999 for different types of signal analysis. The Keysight U2702A USB modular oscilloscope also offers multiple sweep modes, such as normal, single-shot, and high-speed modes, to accommodate various testing needs. Its memory depth varies depending on the channel configuration, with 32 Mpts available for two interleaved channels and 16 Mpts for a single channel.
