Tektronix DPO5204 Oscilloscope
The Tektronix model DPO5204 has an optional DDR memory analysis programming package (DDRA optional) that automatically distinguishes the readings and composes DDR1, DDR2, LP-DDR and LP-DDR2 and performs JEDEC compliance estimations with positive/passive results on all edges, in each burst of reading and composing.
