TDK Lambda DPP240-24-3 DIN Rail Mount Power Supply

The TDK Lambda DPP240-24-3 is a three phase DIN rail mount power supply. This unit delivers a stable 24 Vdc output with a maximum power capacity of 240 W. It is specifically engineered for high voltage industrial environments requiring a wide input voltage range. Its DIN rail form factor supports seamless integration into standard control enclosures across manufacturing environments. The unit features a 0.3 A DC Good Relay with normally open contacts closing at 17.6 to 19.4 V. The green LED confirms active DC output and red LED signals a DC output low condition.

The DPP240-24-3 accepts three phase AC input from 340 to 575 Vac at a frequency of 47 to 63 Hz. It also supports DC bus input from 480 to 820 Vdc for flexible deployment in industrial power systems. The typical inrush current of the model at 380 to 480 VAC is 20 A with a power factor rated at 0.55. The typical input current foe the model is 0.65 A indicating low upstream circuit loading. The model offers ± 1 % line regulation ensuring stable output across the full AC input range. The load regulation is ± 1 % under standard conditions and extends to ± 5 % when set in parallel droop mode. Two DPP240-24-3 units can be configured for parallel droop operation at loads of up to 90 %.

The DIN Rail Mount Power Supply output voltage is adjustable from 22.5 to 28.5 Vdc for varied load requirements. A maximum output current of 10 A supports reliable power delivery for industrial control and automation equipment. This unit achieves a typical efficiency of 90 % limiting heat generation in enclosed panels. The output voltage accuracy is held at + 1 % of nominal for precise and consistent DC delivery. The DPP240-24-3 is rated for continuous operation across an ambient range of - 40 °C to + 71 °C. Above 61 °C, the unit derates linearly at 2.5 % per degree Celsius to maintain safe thermal performance. The storage temperature extends from - 40 °C to + 85 °C and operating humidity is specified at 20 to 95 % RH.
