TDK Lambda DSP30-24 DIN Rail Power Supply
The TDK Lambda DSP30-24/277A2 is a compact DIN Rail power supply designed for industrial automation environments. The model’s enclosure is manufactured from Flame Retardant Polycarbonate rated UL94 V-0 for fire resistance. The physical dimensions measure 53 x 95.4 x 2.19 mm (W x H x D) with a unit weight of 200 grams. The unit relies on convection cooling eliminating the requirement for a fan or external thermal management. It is compatible with TS-35/7.5 and TS35/15 DIN Rail types to support versatile panel mounting.
The output line and load regulation of the TDK Lambda DSP30-24 DIN Rail Power Supply are each rated at 240 mV for consistent voltage under load changes. The ripple and noise at 20 MHz bandwidth are rated at 120 mV for low noise DC power delivery. The overcurrent protection activates below 160 percent of rated output current and overvoltage protection triggers between 30 and 36V. A green LED confirms normal DC output while a red LED indicates a DC output low condition.
The power supply provides a regulated 24 V DC output adjustable from 24 V to 28 V for application specific voltage requirements. The model is rated at a maximum output of 1.25 A and 30 W total continuous power. The model’s class II double insulation eliminates the need for a protective ground connection during installation and operation. The DSP30-24 accepts an AC input of 90 to 305 Vac at 47 to 63 Hz. The DC input from 120 to 370 Vdc is supported though safety certification applies to AC operation only. The inrush current for the DIN Rail Power Supply at 230 Vac cold start reaches 65 A while input current is 1.5A at 90 Vac. The typical efficiency of the power supply is 87 percent with a hold up time of 25 milliseconds at 115 Vac input.
The model’s output cable harness uses an AMP 3-640440-3 connector with a cable length of 50 mm. The red wire provides +24 V output and the black wire provides 0 V for the power return path. The white wire delivers the AC sync signal as a 24 V peak to peak square wave. The model has an MTBF rating exceeding 100,000 hours at nominal input under 100 percent load.
