TDK Lambda GEN100-33 Programmable DC Power Supply
The TDK Lambda GEN100-33 is a high performance programmable DC power supply designed for demanding industrial automation applications. It delivers a rated output of 100 Vdc at 33 A with a maximum power output of 3300 W. The rear panel On/Off control of the model operates via electrical signal with voltage of 15 V or dry contact logic. An output current monitor provides a 0 – 5 V or 0 – 10 V signal with ± 1 % accuracy and is user selectable.
The power supply accepts a wide AC input voltage range of 342 to 460 Vac across frequencies spanning 47 to 63 Hz. This broad input compatibility makes it suitable for deployment across diverse global industrial environments. The model supports extensive analog programming and monitoring for precise system integration. The voltage programming accepts 0 – 5 V or 0 – 10 V signals with accuracy and linearity of ± 0.5 % of rated output voltage. The output current programming supports identical signal ranges with ± 1 % accuracy and linearity. The resistor based programming for both voltage and current is also available using 0 – 5 or 0 – 10 kOhm full scale ranges. The GEN100-33 supply module measures 423 mm (W) × 88 mm (H) × 442.5 mm (D) and weighs approximately 13 kg. The standard communication interfaces include RS-232 and RS-485 for direct integration into industrial control networks. The optional interface upgrades include USB, GPIB, LAN (LXI compliant) and isolated analog voltage or current control. These connectivity options allow flexible integration into automated test equipment and manufacturing environments.
The Programmable DC Power Supply operates reliably at ambient temperatures from 0 to 50 °C at full load and stores safely between − 20 and 85 °C. The operating humidity is rated at 20 – 90 % RH non condensing and storage humidity at 10 – 95 % RH non condensing. The shock resistance meets MIL-810F Method standards with less than 20 G half sine shock at 11 milliseconds. At altitudes above 2000 m, the output current for the model derates by 2 % per 100 m or maximum ambient temperature derates by 1 °C per 100 m.
