TDK Lambda GEN150-10 Programmable DC Power Supply
The TDK Lambda GEN150-10 DC power supply incorporates 16-bit ADCs and DACs for precision voltage and current programming. The remote voltage programming achieves a resolution of 3.0 mV with an accuracy of 75 mV. The remote current programming delivers a resolution of 0.10 mA and an accuracy of 10 mA. It delivers a maximum output voltage of 150 V with a continuous rated current of 10 A. The model operates in both constant voltage and constant current modes with automatic crossover between them.
The readback voltage resolution on the GEN150-10DC power supply is 10.50 mV at 0.05% of rated output voltage. The readback current resolution is 0.15 mA with an accuracy of 15 mA at 0.3% of rated current output. These readback functions support precise real-time monitoring of both voltage and current at the output terminals. The last setting memory function retains all configured parameters after every power cycle without requiring manual reconfiguration.
The GEN150-10 power supply includes a built-in RS-232/RS-485 serial interface as standard to support industrial system integration. An optional GPIB or LAN interface further extends connectivity for networked laboratory and automated test environments. The global commands are supported across RS-232/RS-485 to enable structured control of multiple units from a single interface. The front panel lock function is selectable directly from the front panel or activated through software commands. The model provides overcurrent protection that is adjustable from 0 to 105% of constant current output.
The GEN150-10 DC Power Supply supports full load operation between 0°C and 50°C across demanding industrial deployments. The storage temperature is specified between -20 °C and 70 °C to support diverse transportation and warehouse conditions. The operating humidity is rated at 30 to 90% RH non-condensing, and storage extends up to 95% RH. The vibration compliance meets MIL-810E method 514.4, and shock resistance is specified below 20 G half sine at 11 ms.
The model is operational to 10,000 ft (3,000 m) with output current derated 2% per 100 m above 2,000 m. The non-operating altitude is specified to 40,000 ft (12,000 m) to cover extended shipping and storage requirements.
