The TDK Lambda GEN300-11 is a programmable DC power supply rated at 3300 W for industrial automation applications. It provides an adjustable DC output voltage from 0 to 300 VDC at a rated 300 VDC. It delivers a continuously adjustable output current from 0 to 11 A at rated capacity. This unit is designed for precision-controlled power delivery across industrial automation and test environments.
The GEN300-11 power supply accepts an AC input voltage of 170 to 265 Vac for global grid compatibility. The input frequency spans 47 to 63 Hz, making this unit suitable for various regional power standards. It achieves a typical power conversion efficiency of 87 percent at full rated output. This efficiency level minimizes internal heat generation and supports reliable, long-duration continuous operation without performance degradation.
The output signal quality on the GEN300-11 DC power supply is tightly controlled to meet demanding test and measurement requirements. The voltage ripple noise is rated at 0.1 Vrms measured across a 5 Hz to 1 MHz frequency bandwidth. The current ripple noise is suppressed to 0.02 A rms within the same 5 Hz to 1 MHz range. The model is housed in a 2U rack mount and tabletop chassis at 423 x 88 x 442.5 mm. It weighs a typical 13 kg and features a front panel air intake enabling zero stacking.
The GEN300-11 power supply module incorporates multiple protection layers to maintain safe and reliable operation under fault conditions. The overcurrent protection is adjustable from 0 to 105 percent of constant current output. A user-selectable OCP foldback function shuts down output when the supply transitions from CV to CC mode. The overvoltage protection initiates an inverter shutdown and requires manual reset via AC input cycle or communication port command.
The front panel control on the GEN300-11 DC power supply uses two independent rotary encoders for output voltage and current adjustment. The voltage encoder configures OVP and UVL limits alongside device address settings for remote operation. A second encoder handles output current, baud rate, and advanced parallel master or slave mode configuration. The six status LEDs indicate alarm, remote mode, fine control, foldback, preview settings, and output operating states.
