TDK Lambda LZSA-1000-3 Industrial Power Supply
The TDK Lambda LZSA-1000-3 is a 1008 W industrial power supply specifically designed for demanding industrial automation environments and applications. It delivers a stable nominal DC output voltage of 24 V. The unit supports a maximum continuous output current of 42 A at full power output capacity. The output regulation in the power supply achieves 0.10 % for both line and load conditions. The transient response limits deviation to ± 1 % and returns to within ± 0.2 % in under 1.25ms. This specification is measured during a 25 % load change at the output terminals of the unit. The output ripple and noise is held to a maximum of 75 mV peak to peak at the full rated load output.
The Industrial Power supply accepts an operating AC input voltage range spanning from 85 V to 265 V for global installation. The nominal input is rated at 100 V to 240 V AC with safety certification spanning 90 V to 264 V AC. The input frequency compatibility for the power supply extends from 47 Hz to 440 Hz with safety approval limited to 47 Hz through 63 Hz. The maximum input current at 100 V AC reaches 15 A and the typical conversion efficiency of this unit is 84 %.
The protection capabilities in the power supply include overcurrent activation between 110 % and 130 % of rated output current. The overvoltage protection thresholds are user adjustable from the front panel without requiring internal component access. The overtemperature protection is managed by an internal thermostat requiring an AC power cycle to reset the unit. No minimum load is required allowing the model to operate under no load conditions. The LZSA-1000-3 Industrial Power supply provides TTL compatible active high remote on/off control for seamless external system integration. The remote voltage adjustment is supported through the front panel potentiometer resistance input or external voltage input methods. The remote sense compensates for up to 1 V of cable voltage drop at the output connection terminals. The hold up time at 110 V AC input is rated at 20 ms with an equal 20 ms ride through duration.
