The model supports flexible output configurations according to the module width selected by the engineer. This makes it a reliable infrastructure component for various industrial power distribution systems. The rack accepts a Dual Output Housing configuration when used with 105 mm wide modules. On the other hand, it supports a Triple Output Housing configuration when paired with 70 mm wide modules.
The housing rack provides structural support for rack mounted modules and is constructed from a durable metal enclosure. The housing is built to withstand the mechanical and thermal stresses caused by continuous industrial operation. Its internal geometry is precisely designed to ensure secure module seating without play or misalignment. The model maintains consistent electrical contact across all of the installed output modules.
The installation of the Z-NL200 must be carried out by qualified electrical engineers familiar with industrial power systems. It should be mounted within an enclosure specified by the manufacturer that meets local electrical safety standards. Also, make sure that the rack orientation matches the airflow requirements of the installed Z series modules. Improper mounting or reversed orientation may cause thermal dissipation and affect the output stability of the installed modules.
The Z-NL200 Power Supply Housing Rack must not be overloaded beyond the specified capacity.
