Keysight 44471A 10-Channel Relay Module
The Keysight Agilent 44471A 10-Channel General Purpose Relay Module functions as a 10-channel, 1-wire switching module. It uses SPST latching relays for controlled signal routing. Each channel supports independent relay operation for power control and external device actuation. The 44471A relay module also supports attenuator formation in test systems that need simple switched paths. It can control DUT power where stable relay closure is required. It can also actuate external relays when higher system-level switching is needed.
Each relay on the Keysight 44471A general-purpose relay module is rated for switching up to 250 V and 2 A. The same relay rating also provides up to 60 W or 125 VA power. The module uses per module capacity that reaches 600 W or 1250 VA across configured channels. The initial closed channel resistance is specified as below 1 ohm for each relay path. This low resistance helps reduce unwanted voltage drop across the closed contact. It also supports cleaner signal transfer in low-level switching applications. The module can also actuate external relays for higher system-level switching requirements in automated test racks and bench setups where controlled relay operation is required. It's below one ohm; initial resistance allows dependable closed-channel continuity.
The crosstalk performance is specified with 50 ohm termination across three frequency points, and at 100 kHz, the crosstalk value is lower than -73 dB. The Keysight 44471A 10-Channel relay module provides predictable isolation behavior for routed signals within its operating range.
The module includes provisions to add simple protection networks when circuit protection is required. This feature is useful when external devices produce switching stress during operation. The DC isolation is specified under conditions below 40°C and 60% relative humidity. The screw terminal block is provided for direct and secure wiring access. The 44471A relay module also supports clear wiring layouts inside automated measurement systems. The 44471A GP relay module is built for controlled relay switching in modular test systems. The crosstalk value remains much lower than -53 dB at a frequency of 1 MHz and lower than -33 dB at 10 MHz with 50 ohm termination.
