National Instruments 777306-01 Analog Output Device
The National Instruments 777306-01 Analog Output Device is a part of the PCI-6704 Model series. This 32-channel static analog output device has 16 voltage output channels and 16 current output channels, making it ideal for software-timed voltage and current output applications. It also has eight digital I/O lines, increasing its usefulness in a range of applications.
This device is designed to function as a PCI and PXI system's accurate DC setpoint tool. Its adaptability encompasses industrial process control and monitoring as well as laboratory and production testing. Its main purposes are to generate experimental stimuli, perform analog tasks, and interface with different kinds of signals such as precision transducers, LEDs, and electromechanical relays.
There are two calibration channels on the 777306-01 device for voltage adjustments and two channels for current changes. Over time, accuracy and dependability are guaranteed by continuous self-calibration. For the purpose of compensating for onboard reference drift, external calibration entails changing the values of calibration channels; during factory calibration, these values are written into Flash memory.
A time-division multiplexed setup with a 16-bit DAC that makes use of Enhanced R-2R technology produces output channels. The track-and-hold circuit on each channel keeps things stable in between DAC upgrades. Accurate output signal routing is made possible by the Flash memory/DAC control, which also controls analog demultiplexing and DAC channel data.
