National Instruments cRIO-9058 CompactRIO Controller

Featured with 4 GB internal storage and 2 GB RAM, the NI cRIO-9058 (Part Number: 787044-01) is an Extended Temperature, Rugged CompactRIO Controller. This 8-slot CompactRIO Controller is powered by a 1.33 GHz 2-core CPU from Intel. The NI cRIO-9058 comes equipped with an Artix-7 100T FPGA (field-programmable gate array). The eight slots of this CompactRIO Controller are designed to host eight C Series modules. For additional storage, you can also use a microSD card because the cRIO-9058 comes equipped with a MicroSD slot. The NI cRIO-9058 additionally has 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 1 USB 2.0 device port, and 1 USB 3.1 host port.

The CPU incorporated in this CompactRIO Controller is an Intel Atom E3805 CPU that has 1 MB (shared) L2 cache. The MicroSD card slot provided on the NI cRIO-9058 is compatible with MicroSD and MicroSDHC standards and is designed to support various interface speeds, including UHS-I SDR50, high speed, full speed, and DDR50. This CompactRIO Controller comes equipped with a DD3L volatile memory or dynamic RAM, which supports data transmission at rates up to 8.533 GB/s.

The powerful FPGA in this CompactRIO Controller has 16 DMA (direct memory access) channels, 32 logical interrupts, and 4860 kbits available block RAM. The National Instruments cRIO-9058 CompactRIO Controller has all the resources to provide you with a lag-free and solid real-time streaming performance. With the cRIO-9058, you can achieve up to 40 MB/s data throughput, while using a MicroSD card. Up to 100 MB/s data throughput can be achieved through a type C USB port.
