This device features 64 voltage output channels with a resolution of 16 bits which creates 65,536 distinct output levels converting the signals to digital format accurately for digital signal processing. The 783801-01 Analog Output Device has an output voltage range of -10 volts to 10 volts with a current drive rating of -10 to 10 mA per channel. With this module, you can generate waveforms of different types by adjusting their frequencies and amplitude as well as perform control system functions.
In addition, it has 64 output channels with a maximum output update rate of 1 Mega sample per second when using First in First Out for 1 channel. When using all 64 channels at once simultaneously this module has an output update rate of 350 kilo samples per second. This output module has a timing accuracy of 50 ppm and a resolution of 10 nanoseconds.
The 783801-01 Analog Output Device has a differential nonlinearity of ±1.0 of the lowest significant byte at maximum with a settling time of 15 μs for a full-scale step to ±4 Lowest significant byte. This module has a low output impedance of 0.2 Ω, providing a high driving current of 10 mA. This device can maintain output stability with any passive load. It can also generate Nonperiodic waves, and periodic waves using the onboard First In First Out module. This FIFO is capable of storing 65,535 samples with minimum latency and can be shared amongst channels as well.
The 783801-01 Analog Output Device has 20 digital I/O channels which the users can program using the compatible software as inputs or outputs. These digital I/O channels can generate waveforms using FIFOs of 2,047 sample size for the digital output and 255 sample size for the digital input. The digital I/Os feature programmable filters with 160 ns, 10.24 μs, and 5.12 ms time period. This module has a maximum operating temperature of 55 degrees Celsius and should be operated in an environment with humidity levels under 85 %.
