The SHDB62M-DB62M-LL is a Low Leakage Cable from National Instruments. This cable is designed for use with SMUs (Source Measure Units) such as the PXIe-4162 and PXIe-4163. The maximum operating voltage and current limits for this Low Leakage Cable are 60 VDC and 100 mA respectively. The NI SHDB62M-DB62M-LL comes with a braided wire outer shield that connects to the chassis ground through the front panel connector of the associated source measurement unit. The inner shield incorporated in this cable consists of foil insulation. This extensive shielding arrangement ensures low leakage operation of the cable and makes it an ideal solution for measurement applications.
