It offers four 32-bit counters/timer channels and up to 32 lines of individually configurable, TTL/CMOS-compatible digital I/O. This device has two internal time bases of 20 MHz and 100 kHz to provide precise timing references, with 20 MHz timebase is particularly useful for high-resolution timing applications, while the 100 kHz timebase offers lower resolution for less demanding tasks. This module also provides up to 32 lines of digital I/O that are TTL/CMOS-compatible and can be individually configured as inputs or outputs. These digital I/Os can be used to perform pattern generation, and pattern acquisition from other connected devices. 

The 777918-01 is fully compatible with the  National Instrument's NI-DAQ driver software which provides an extensive library of functions for digital I/O, counter/timer operations, and data acquisition.
