The National Instruments 783531-01 is also known as the PXIe-4339 unit. It is an 8-channel PXI strain/bridge input module designed for precise and versatile data acquisition in test cell installations. This module is equipped with 24-bit Delta-Sigma ADCs that enable simultaneous sampling across all channels that ensure accurate and reliable measurements. It supports multiple input ranges in both ratiometric and voltage modes along with voltage ranges of ±100 mV, ±200 mV, ±500 mV, and ±10 V.

The NI 783531-01 offers comprehensive bridge completion options that include half-bridge and quarter-bridge completion along with shunt calibration functionality to ensure measurement accuracy. The module’s programmable excitation feature allows for constant differential voltage across a range of values, from 0.625 V to 10 V that makes it adaptable to different measurement needs.
