National Instruments PXI-6542 Digital Waveform Instrument
The NI PXI-6542 can be used with a Digital Waveform Editor, an intuitive programming instrument for making and altering advanced waveforms, that allows the user to import existing test designs from mainstream spreadsheets and VHDL recreation bundles into ASCII or dump value changes (VCD) formats. Once imported, the user can see the waveforms graphically and alter them intelligently for new gadgets or requirements and similarity. The user can likewise fabricate new waveforms with built-in padding patterns, such as pseudo-random bit streams (PRBS) and count patterns up/down. When the user is prepared to test their gadget, the waveforms will be transported in without issues in NI LabVIEW, LabVIEW Signal Express, and C. The Digital Waveform Editor is incorporated with the 8 and 64 Mbit/channel memory models and is an extra feature for use with the 1 Mbit/channel version. The PXI-6542 1 Mbit version is represented by the part number 778953-01, the PXI-6542 8 Mbit version is part number 778953-02, and the PXI-6542 64 Mbit variation is part number 778953-03.
With the NI PXI-6542 Digital Waveform Instrument, the user can assemble firmly synchronized mixed-signal test frameworks, so they can consolidate numerous gadgets to make models and firmly synchronized mixed-signal test frameworks. For adjusted timing prerequisites, these PXI modules are synchronized in phase with the 10 MHz reference clock in the PXI back plane.
