External video output is supported via a DisplayPort 1.2 connector capable of driving high-resolution displays. Hardware security and device authentication are reinforced by an integrated Trusted Platform Module (TPM v1.2), which protects cryptographic keys and platform credentials against software-based vulnerabilities. Weighing 2.33 kg and occupying three PXI Express system slots, the PXIe-8880 integrates into any compatible PXI Express chassis. By combining server-class multi-core processing with integrated system peripherals into a single embedded controller slot, the module maximizes available peripheral chassis slots for dedicated measurement, data acquisition, and instrument hardware.
