The part number 778572-64 from National Instruments is the identifying part number for the PXI-2564 SPST Relay Module that features (16) Sixteen Electromechanical, non-latching, 5 Ampere relays. The highest voltage that can be safely switched between the individual channels of the module is 150 volts AC or 150 volts DC.
