For precise measurements, each channel is capable of 4-quadrant operation. The precision of measurements is improved by integrated remote sensing in every channel. The measurement and update timing capabilities of the module are very excellent. With a maximum measure rate of 100,000 S/s per channel constantly supported, it provides the host with sample rate accuracy of ±50 ppm. Furthermore, it is capable of reaching a maximum source update rate of 100,000 updates/s for a single channel and 40,000 updates/s for each channel when updating all channels at once.
In terms of triggers, the 784483-01 supports various input and output triggers to facilitate seamless integration into automated test systems. Output triggers include sequence complete, source complete, sequence iteration complete, sequence engine done, and measure complete events. Input triggers include start, source, sequence advance, and measure triggers.
The module's compact dimensions (2.0 cm × 13.0 cm × 21.6 cm, 394 g) makes it simple to integrate into PXI Express/CompactPCI Express systems. Compatibility and connectivity are further improved by its unique 62-position D-SUB female front panel connector.
