The NI PXIe-5632 VNA operates on a frequency range from 300 KHz to 8.5 GHz and has independent frequency bandwidths from 10 Hz to 500 KHz. These specifications allow the users to balance measurement speed and accuracy within their applications. The low latency trigger allows users to achieve pulsed s-parameter measurements, including measurements requiring an extended power range.
